How do I return an item?
We hope that you never need to return anything to us, however, should you need to, we aim to make it as simple as possible for you using these simple steps:
Step 1: create your returns label
Click the “Create Returns Label” button and enter the required details to create your returns label.
Your label will be available to download from the next page. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with your return label to print off.
Did you know you can now print your label at selected parcel drop off locations? You will receive an email with a QR code and instructions shortly after registering your return.
Your confirmation email also contains your tracking number. Make a note of this so you can track the status of your return.
Step 2: submit your return

Step 3: returning your package
If you have printed out your label
Securely affix the printed label to a flat surface on the parcel and avoid taping over the barcodes to allow for easier scanning.
If you cannot print your label
Shortly after creating your returns label, you will receive an email with a QR code. Show this code to the attendant and they will print out the label for you.
Then take your returns package with label or QR code to the Post Office and they’ll do the rest.
